Introducing our new mat design. This extra thick mat is perfect for yoga, Pilates or stretching. This studio quality mat has a non-slip surface. It also comes with a carry strap for your convenience. Dimensions: 68in x 24in x 5mm.
This is a great yoga mat. It is a little thicker for some additional cushioning for your knees and tush. For the most part you don't slip. When you are in a hot yoga class, you will slipo a little... but that's because of the heat in the room not the mat.
Slippery - D. Vavra - TX
Very slippery! I got this to replace my old one. I opened it up and it smelled of chemicals so bad it stank up my car for days. Then I get to my yoga class and I realize it is so slippery I have to take a towle and rub it down a lot before I chould even use it. I had to switch it out for a class mat halfway through.
I would not buy this or recommend it. - Martha B. Overly - San Diego, CA
This mat is not a very good quality mat. It doesn't even seem that it is thick. It feels worse than some of the regular mats I have had. I would definately not recommend it to anyone nor would I have bought it if I had tried it at a store.

Durable and chic, Gaiam's Tye Dye mat provides a stable, non-slip surface for your yoga practice. Perfect for home or studio use, this mat ensures the safety and comfort you need to enhance proper alignment and maintain poses. Ideal for everyone, from beginners to seasoned yogis.
This is a great mat for the beginner on up. I wouldn't recommend it for hot or if you sweat a ton as you will slip a little. The coloring is amazing and there was no odor at all, which was a wonderful surprise!

These stunning yet durable PVC exercise mats have inspiring designs for the fitness enthusiast. Easy to care for and easy to transport these mats are the contemporary approach to fitness accessories.
Great for what you'd expect from a cheap mat.
If you want a more durable or thick mat that lasts longer i'd suggest paying more for better quality.. but this does the job for how cheap it is ! and looks great also!
Not worth the money - tk -
These mats are extremely thin. They also slide very easily, even with nonskid material under them.
Thin but Cute cheap mat. - Liz -
Mat has a nice design although somewhat thin. (The ones at my yoga place are thicker but I prefer to have my own.) Came with carrying strap although the first product shipped did not have it include per package description however after I contacted Amazon a replacement was sent with the strap. Overall, worth what I paid for a little design to make life interesting.
