Great for what you'd expect from a cheap mat.
If you want a more durable or thick mat that lasts longer i'd suggest paying more for better quality.. but this does the job for how cheap it is ! and looks great also!

These mats are extremely thin. They also slide very easily, even with nonskid material under them.
Thin but Cute cheap mat. - Liz -
Mat has a nice design although somewhat thin. (The ones at my yoga place are thicker but I prefer to have my own.) Came with carrying strap although the first product shipped did not have it include per package description however after I contacted Amazon a replacement was sent with the strap. Overall, worth what I paid for a little design to make life interesting.
